We limit our practice to Immigration Law. We specialize in filing claims
for Political Asylum (I-589), Abused Spouse Petitions
(I-360), Green Card Interviews (I-485), Work visas
(H1B) and Fiancé visas (K1, K3). Our immigration
lawyers are also experienced in filing immigration
appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and
petitions for Review in Federal Court.

Our main office is located in New York City and we have satellite locations in Washington, DC; Orlando and Miami, Florida. In the satellite locations we limit our practice to the petitions for Green Card based on marriage, Abused Spouse petitions, petitions based on Divorce or applications for Citizenship and appeals of Denial of immigration petitions.
Mr. Sobolevsky will personally answer all of your calls and give you a brief and free consultation concerning your case and the ability of his office to help you. As a founding partner with the most experience, Mr. Sobolevsky determines the legal strategy of each and every case and speaks to each and every client personally and always remains accessible to all existing clients. He supervises two additional lawyers and an administrative staff and personally approves and signs each and every petition before it is filed.
Each and every client will receive a written retainer’s agreement which clearly spells out the scope of legal work and compensation for it. A sample of a retainer’s agreement is available on the website.
